All custom watches assembled by IceModz Watches include a one-year warranty covering assembly and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or failure to follow recommended care instructions.

For example, it is important to ensure that the crown is fully secured before exposing the watch to water.

Refunds are available for watches purchased from the online store that are returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

• be in the same condition as received

Because each watch is hand-assembled to order, refunds are subject to a 7% service fee, which will be deducted from the total order amount.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days but may have extra delays to source certain parts which could take up to 7 to 9 business days.

Once the watch is assembled and prepared for shipment, delivery via express courier usually takes an additional 5 to 6 business days.

For Order on Demand builds, the estimated shipping time is approximately three weeks after payment is received, as each watch is assembled from individual components.
