At IceModz Watches, each watch is carefully assembled and quality-checked before dispatch. By placing an order on icemodzwatches.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
If approved, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A refund (at our discretion)
3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase

After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled
4. Returns (If Approved)
If a return is approved:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Must include original packaging
