Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All watches are carefully hand-assembled and prepared before dispatch.

  • Standard processing time: 4–6 business days

  • If additional parts need to be sourced externally: 7–10 business days

Processing times may vary depending on stock availability and order volume.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Australia: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–22 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • location

  • customs clearance

  • courier delays

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered as part of promotions

4. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • A tracking number will be provided via email

  • Tracking updates may take several business days to appear

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs processing

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • external or unforeseen circumstances

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.

  • Orders sent to incorrect addresses are not our responsibility

  • Reshipping may require additional payment

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered:

  • ICEMODZ Watches is not responsible for lost or stolen items

  • Customers must contact the courier directly

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements.

8. Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You provide clear photo or video evidence

9. Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

10. Refunds & Replacements

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (at our discretion)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

11. Customs & Duties

International customers may be required to pay:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
